Stay Requirements
A three-night minimum is required year-round, with weekly rentals preferred during peak summer months.
Rates & Seasonal Pricing
Nightly rates vary by season, with holiday periods offered at premium pricing.
Major holidays include Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Passover, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Georgia–Florida weekend.

Fees
All reservations include additional fees such as a refundable security deposit, local taxes, and a cleaning fee.
Pool Heating
The pool may be heated from November through March for an additional $300 per stay.
House Policies
No pets allowed. No smoking allowed.
